Technical Consultant (Banking, Mortgage): Leading large-scale banking transformation engagements and driving successful product implementations from discovery to go-live with an accent on functional consulting, defining requirements, and managing complex integrations. Location: Hybrid (Netherlands), with flexibility to work from client or hirify.global offices and offshore locations. Candidates must be able to work within the Netherlands region for onsite components.

What you will do

• Lead and manage end-to-end implementations for banking transformation projects.
• Conduct Process-Led Workshops (PLW) to define client and vendor requirements and solutions.
• Drive Gap-Fit analysis and facilitate adopt vs. adapt discussions with business and IT stakeholders.
• Act as the interface between product vendors, customers, and stakeholders to close product gaps.
• Apply knowledge of SaaS integration concepts (Microservices, containerization, API management).
• Own solutioning, delivery of RFXs, and lead business development activities for the practice.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in banking transformation engagements and managing multiple implementations.
• Strong experience in PLW facilitation and requirement configuration within platforms.
• Ability to influence stakeholders on solution design and implementation strategies.
• Hands-on experience with integration concepts in SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Work authorization for the Netherlands is required for onsite components.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Dutch mortgage processes and platforms (e.g., Ohpen, Slater).
• Knowledge of Dutch language.
• Experience in managing teams of 20–50 members.
• CSPO/CSM/PMP certification.
