What you will do

• Lead complex, high-stakes integrations for Tier-1 enterprise partners.
• Act as a trusted advisor on Open Banking strategy, consulting merchants on optimizing payment flows.
• Identify gaps in the current integration portfolio assets and policies to refine "best practice" playbooks.
• Lead operational rehearsals and orchestrate alignment across Product, Risk, Legal, and Support for large-scale launches.
• Mentor Junior and Mid-level Engagement Managers.
• Synthesize market feedback from enterprise clients to provide strategic input to the Product and Engineering roadmaps.

Requirements

• Solid experience in technical program/project management, specifically handling Enterprise/Strategic accounts.
• Advanced PM Skills: PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
• Strong experience managing Web Services API integrations; comfortable discussing technical architecture with CTOs and Engineering Leads.
• Deep knowledge of the payments ecosystem (Open Banking, ACH, RTP) is required.
• Proven track record of turning "red" (at-risk) projects into successful launches through negotiation and creative problem solving.
