TL;DR

Sales Development Manager (Sales): Developing and leading a sales development team in the AMER region with an accent on exceeding new pipeline targets and team development. Focus on designing and driving prospecting strategies, monitoring KPIs, and optimizing sales development processes.

Location: Hybrid, required to work onsite in Bellevue, Washington, United States a minimum of two days per week. This role covers the AMER region.

Salary: USD $64,620.00 – USD $171,420.00 /Yr (Base salary). Opportunity to earn sales incentives; On-target earnings (OTE) are based on a 60/40 base salary/sales incentive.

What you will do

  • Manage and lead an outbound Sales Development team to exceed new pipeline targets within the assigned territory.
  • Provide leadership, development, and training to the Sales Development team.
  • Hire, onboard, retain, and promote talent within the team.
  • Design and drive prospecting strategies, collaborating with cross-functional partners.
  • Monitor key performance indicators for the team of Outbound Sales Development Representatives.
  • Continuously optimize Sales Development processes by leveraging feedback from various stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in business development or sales OR a Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 4+ years of experience.
  • Ability to work onsite in the Bellevue, WA office a minimum of two days per week.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to become deeply fluent in hirify.global’s technology and the industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

  • 8+ years experience in business development or sales OR a Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 6+ years of experience.
  • 3+ years experience in computer science, software development, technology, or a related domain.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional sales team.
  • Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth, ideally in the tech industry.
