Location: Hybrid, primarily based in Sunderland (UK). Open to candidates based in Gibraltar, Dublin (Ireland), or working remotely. Travel to the Sunderland office once a month is required if based outside Sunderland.

What you will do

• Create, shoot, and edit video content for social media, marketing campaigns, display advertising, and in-game promotions.
• Develop concepts, storyboards, and scripts aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and social media teams to plan and deliver compelling, audience-first content.
• Optimise video content for different platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and web.
• Stay up to date with trends in video production, social media, and digital content, bringing fresh ideas.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through to delivery, meeting deadlines while maintaining high production standards.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience as a Video Producer, Video Content Creator, or in a similar role.
• A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating video production, editing, and storytelling capability.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, video formats, and best practices.
• Excellent creative, visual, and storytelling skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience with motion graphics, animation, or visual effects.
