What you will do

• Lead end-to-end video production, editing, and integrating animation, typography, and graphic layouts.
• Architect motion designs from initial storyboarding to final polish, ensuring brand consistency.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content teams on video concepts for global audiences.
• Apply design principles (typography, hierarchy, color theory) to ensure functional and beautiful video frames.
• Drive innovation by monitoring motion design trends and pushing creative boundaries.
• Own the creative process from ideation to launch, aligning with product visions and initiatives.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of professional experience in animation and video editing, preferably in a high-growth tech environment.
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing brand-driven storytelling and sophisticated motion design.
• Advanced expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro) and proficiency in Figma.
• Deep knowledge of social media strategy for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Mastery of design fundamentals (typography, layout, color theory) for time-based media.
• Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple high-priority projects in an agile environment.
