What you will do

• Create diverse digital and animated content for various channels (paid media, social media, out-of-home) according to marketing strategy.
• Design and execute motion graphics and animations to enhance brand storytelling.
• Edit and produce high-end video content for campaigns across multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
• Pitch and present creative ideas and solutions for briefs.
• Research new content formats, tools, and references to enhance creative team outcomes.
• Continuously optimize workflows, identifying areas where AI can accelerate processes and expand creative possibilities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in video editing and motion design.
• Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, Social Media, and main formats/channels.
• Strong creative vision with the ability to merge storytelling, design, and technology.
• Proficient in video editing and motion graphics.
• High English proficiency (C1 or higher).

Nice to have

• Experience working in an agency environment and familiarity with client creative processes.
• Experience managing small teams.
• Experience with generative video.
• Experience in 3D or knowledge in spatial and retail design.
