VP Revenue Data Science: Leading the Revenue Strategy and Data Science organization to build and maintain a scalable ecosystem of tools, models, and insights for revenue optimization across a multi-content slate with an accent on dynamic pricing models, predictive analytics, and forecasting frameworks. Focus on developing models that optimize scheduling, managing data governance, and fostering collaboration across departments to achieve revenue goals.

Location: Onsite in Las Vegas, NV

Salary: $225,000–$275,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead, develop, and implement comprehensive revenue and inventory management strategies to maximize value.
  • Build and oversee predictive models for demand, pricing, inventory, forecasting, and performance scenarios.
  • Establish short- and long-range forecasting frameworks that support decision-making.
  • Develop models that optimize scheduling across a multi-content slate to drive revenue and audience growth.
  • Identify and integrate high-impact first-party and third-party data sources, owning data governance and quality standards.
  • Develop and communicate show schedule calendars, show times, pricing, yield strategies, and inventory management.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in revenue strategy, analytics, data science, consulting, or related fields, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven experience building and scaling dynamic pricing models, forecasting systems, or advanced analytics platforms.
  • Deep expertise in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, machine learning, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of how commercial levers interact to drive demand and revenue.
  • Demonstrated experience working with both first-party and third-party data ecosystems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and time management skills.

  • Experience in live entertainment, ticketing, hospitality, media, sports, or adjacent industries.
