What you will do

• Own a defined problem area within the payments platform, focusing on improving outcomes like payment success, cost, and reliability.
• Shape the product roadmap for your area, translating business needs and technical constraints into clear priorities.
• Use data and analytics to understand user struggles and identify areas for biggest impact.
• Work closely with engineering to design and deliver payment orchestration and platform improvements.
• Collaborate with regional teams to understand local needs and ensure solutions work across markets.
• Support launches, monitor performance, and iterate based on real-world results.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with ownership of business outcomes in complex product or platform environments.
• Experience in payments, fintech, or integrations with external payment providers.
• Experience using data and analytics to identify problems, define hypotheses, prioritize work, and measure impact.
• Comfort working with engineers on technical topics like APIs and system behavior, testing.
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems and move them forward step by step.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence to work with multiple stakeholders across teams and regions.

Nice to have

• Experience with payment orchestration, routing, or multi-PSP environments.
