hirify.global is building an AI assistant for oncology, hirify.global.w, in close collaboration with the Netherlands Cancer Institute and other research centers, aiming to equip clinicians with a full understanding of their patients.

What you will do

• Architect and scale data systems to ingest, transform, store, and serve data, ensuring discoverability, reliability, and readiness for production.
• Develop the data-product interface by designing systems that enable AI products to manipulate and act on high-quality data.
• Contribute technical design expertise and support process improvements within the data, software, and AI engineering teams.

Requirements

• Experience in evolving and owning the technical direction for product data and backend systems.
• Blended background in software and data engineering with a focus on code quality and best practices.
• Skilled in data modeling and distributed data processing using tools like Dagster, Airflow, dbt, or Spark.
• Proficiency in infrastructure management with Kubernetes.
• Must be based in The Netherlands or Switzerland and spend at least 50% of your time at the office.
