TL;DR

HR Ops Specialist: Supporting the HR team and ensuring seamless HR processes and employee happiness with an accent on HRIS administration, employee lifecycle management, and compliance with labor laws. Focus on identifying training needs, organizing documentation, and advising managers on HR best practices.

Location: Hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal. Native proficiency in Portuguese is required.

What you will do

  • Administer and maintain the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity.
  • Handle the full employee lifecycle and act as a point of contact for employee questions.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams on payroll and HR policies for compliance.
  • Assure top employee benefits, address queries, and liaise with vendors.
  • Identify training and developmental needs, then source and implement programs.
  • Organize, maintain, and create new documentation on company platforms.

Requirements

  • Native proficiency in Portuguese with great English communication skills.
  • Experience in a transversal HR role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and a good understanding of labor law.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High ability to assist diverse profiles with consistent care and respect.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to work.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of French, Spanish, Italian, German, or Dutch language.
