What you will do
- Deliver technical support for hirify.global's Desktop and Server stack to employees and customers.
- Own and manage support cases from problem qualification to full resolution.
- Provide AV support for office conferences and events.
- Engage directly with customers via phone, ticketing, and remote sessions.
- Participate in a regular weekend working rotation.
- Contribute new knowledge base articles and maintain existing ones.
Requirements
- Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills (C1+)
- Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or a compelling alternative.
- Experience with Linux troubleshooting (logs, stack traces, configuration) and integration (authentication, network file systems).
- Solid understanding of OS and Application level bugs, and escalation processes.
- Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a customer-facing role.
- Ability to travel internationally twice a year for company events up to two weeks long.
