TL;DR
Graduate Programme (Marketing): Rotations across Digital Marketing, Product, and Analytics to optimize sites, manage campaigns, and understand consumer behavior. Focus on SEO, paid media, CRM, and leveraging data for product insights.
Location: Hybrid with 2 days per week required in our London, Cardiff or Fleet offices; up to 22 days per year can be worked from anywhere.

What you will do
- Rotate across Digital Marketing, Product, and Analytics roles to gain broad experience.
- Optimize sites for Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) using tools like Google Analytics.
- Execute daily paid search campaigns for nationally recognised brands with large budgets.
- Interact with customers and create email marketing campaigns for Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Leverage data to understand consumer behaviour and propose changes to digital product offerings.
Requirements
- A degree in a STEM or Business subject.
- Advanced numerical skills are a must.
- Ability to work on the right things, in the right order, with the right intensity.
- Enthusiasm, grit, and care for your work.

- Ability to communicate candidly, confidently, and interact effectively with others.
