What you will do
- Lead and directly manage a team of EMEA Onboarding Operations Specialists.
- Ensure high quality standards, performance expectations, and values alignment within your team.
- Motivate the team, conduct performance reviews, resolve conflicts, and manage individual performance.
- Act as an escalation point for Onboarding challenges within EMEA, collaborating cross-functionally for solutions.
- Drive operational change projects in collaboration with other regional managers.
- Utilize data to track team performance, produce reports, and align with strategic goals.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements for enhanced customer experience.
Requirements
- Significant people management experience leading high-volume operational teams, or proven achievement in a current IC4 role combined with team leadership experience.

- Demonstrated experience collaborating positively with peers across departments.
- Experience leading or significantly contributing to departmental operational projects with positive business impact.
