Manager, Onboarding Operations (EMEA): Managing a high-volume, customer-facing Onboarding Operations team responsible for the onboarding of clients' employees with an accent on people management, operational scaling, and high-quality service delivery. Focus on driving process improvements, resolving complex onboarding challenges, and utilizing data for performance tracking and decision-making within the EMEA region.

Location: Fully hirify.global, with the expectation to spend at least 70% of the workday in Central EMEA time zone.

Salary: $46,300–$104,150 USD per year

What you will do

  • Lead and directly manage a team of EMEA Onboarding Operations Specialists.
  • Ensure high quality standards, performance expectations, and values alignment within your team.
  • Motivate the team, conduct performance reviews, resolve conflicts, and manage individual performance.
  • Act as an escalation point for Onboarding challenges within EMEA, collaborating cross-functionally for solutions.
  • Drive operational change projects in collaboration with other regional managers.
  • Utilize data to track team performance, produce reports, and align with strategic goals.
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements for enhanced customer experience.

Requirements

  • Significant people management experience leading high-volume operational teams, or proven achievement in a current IC4 role combined with team leadership experience.
  • Strong alignment with company values, especially Care and Intensity.
  • Able to remain calm under pressure and conduct difficult conversations.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating positively with peers across departments.
  • Experience leading or significantly contributing to departmental operational projects with positive business impact.
  • Decision-maker using data, escalating issues appropriately.
  • Team-oriented, receptive to direction and feedback, capable of building trust and empowering team members.
  • Pragmatic and flexible approach to challenges, with strategic thinking.
  • Basic understanding of emotional intelligence for fostering high-performing, emotionally safe teams.
  • Demonstrated engagement with internal training materials.
  • Able to spend at least 70% of work day in Central EMEA time zone.
  • Fluent English with strong communication skills.
