What you will do

• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
• Analyze current processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements for scalability and efficiency.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve team and organizational performance.
• Manage relations and negotiations with partners and local acquirers.
• Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and timely delivery of results.
• Identify potential risks in operations and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years in operations management, strategy, or a related role.
• Experience in the Payments Industry, Fintechs, and Digital Banks.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Fluent in written and verbal English and open to working across time zones with global teams.
