What you will do

• Support daily operational processes, including handling questions from experts, internal teams, and users.
• Improve workflows, tools, and policies to enhance operational, clinical, and coordination processes.
• Guarantee quality standards by assessing service performance using data insights and continuously improving quality.
• Prepare, host, and lead client-facing sessions, both online and on-site, tailoring content to customer needs.
• Support product delivery by collaborating with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams, including implementing AI-based solutions.
• Coordinate communication between experts and internal teams, and support recruitment and onboarding of new experts.

Requirements

• Medical or Master’s degree in Psychology.
• 5-10 years of experience as a practitioner, in health-care operations, business partner, or leadership roles.
• Based in the Netherlands and fluent in Dutch and English.
• Solid business knowledge with a strong data and analytics mindset.
• Highly tech-oriented and innovative, eager to explore digital tools and leverage AI-driven solutions.
• Clinical foundation combined with a practical, solution-focused and entrepreneurial mindset.
