TL;DR

Founder’s Associate (Business/Strategy): Supporting strategic and hands-on initiatives for a fast-growing parcel claims solution with an accent on go-to-market strategies, data analysis, and operational efficiency. Focus on contributing to decision-making, improving internal processes, and driving sustainable growth.

Location: Hybrid work in Berlin, Germany, with the option to work remotely from almost anywhere for up to 2 months per year.

hirify.global offers a leading one-stop solution for online retailers to claim parcels, operating as a fast-growing venture within Seven Senders.

What you will do

  • Support the full go-to-market journey, including pitch preparation and account management.
  • Shape the positioning and sales strategy of hirify.global for online retailers.
  • Analyze customer, product, and operational data to identify patterns and opportunities.
  • Improve internal processes and workflows for better efficiency.
  • Take ownership of projects contributing to hirify.global's sustainable scaling.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Fluent German (C2 or equivalent) and English (C1/C2) skills are required.
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently.
  • Analytical mindset combined with a hands-on and curious approach.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Berlin, Germany.

Nice to have

  • First hands-on experience in a fast-paced or startup environment.
