Location: Must be based in Wales for the entire duration of the 42-month program. Candidates must have the right to live and work in Wales and have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 years.

What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimise solutions.

• Implement software security measures and compliance.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or over before the start date (September 2026).
• Must have the right to live and work in Wales for the entire duration of the program.
• Must have lived in the UK or EEA for the last 3 years and be a resident of Wales.
• At least 5 GCSEs C grade (grade 4) or above, including Maths and English.
• 3 A levels or equivalent qualifications at grade C or above, including one in a STEM subject.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a self-motivated learning approach.
