Requirements

• Strong experience building backend services using Python (or another modern backend language).
• Solid grounding in software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend systems.
• Comfortable working with APIs, databases, and distributed systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to debugging and refactoring.
• Experience working with version control, testing practices, and code reviews.
• Product-minded and collaborative communicator who enjoys working closely with engineers, product, and design.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements.
