What you will do

• Lead data-driven strategy development alongside senior leadership.

• Oversee the financial management of client accounts, ensuring campaigns stay on budget.
• Manage and mentor a growing team, helping them develop digital expertise.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations to continuously improve campaigns.

Requirements

• Experience in strategy, planning, and management, with a good understanding of all above-the-line and digital media channels.
• Strong client relationship-building abilities, providing strategic digital advice and delivering exceptional service.
• Proven experience managing and mentoring teams.
• Passion for staying on top of digital marketing trends and innovations.
• Analytical mindset, comfortable using data to shape strategy and demonstrate campaign effectiveness.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, collaborating with internal teams.
