What you will do

• Lead creative oversight for all always-on and reactive social output.
• Spearhead a newsroom-led social model combining cultural foresight with real-time listening.
• Provide hands-on leadership, direction, and constructive feedback to junior creatives.
• Collaborate with Client Services to streamline reactive workflows.
• Push creative thinking with clients and champion bold, culturally grounded ideas.
• Own ideation for always-on and reactive content and community engagement across major platforms.

Requirements

• Deep passion for social media, culture, and culturally relevant creative storytelling.
• Proven experience leading always-on and reactive social output for major brands.
• Strong editorial judgment and comfort working at speed in fast-moving cultural moments.
• Experience coaching and developing junior creatives with a high-bar but supportive approach.
• Excellent copywriting skills across short-form, reactive, and always-on content.
• Strong instinct for platform behavior, humor, and timing.
• Work format: Hybrid, 3 days in office (London) and 2 from home.
• English: B2 required.
