Japanese Business Development Manager (Logistics)

What you will do

• Achieve revenue targets and productivity standards through defined business development strategies.
• Identify route business development opportunities and implement revenue growth initiatives.
• Build and protect relationships with Japanese decision-makers.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, stakeholders, and overseas offices.
• Create customer success stories and case studies for sales presentations.
• Travel overseas for strategic sales activities and support special projects when required.

Requirements

• Native Japanese speaker with proven interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
• University degree or equivalent business qualification.
• At least five years of relevant experience in an international environment.
