What you will do
- Act as a Client Solutions Expert for the hirify.global product suite, identifying and implementing solutions.
- Support and service both managed and self-service clientele, managing the end-to-end client experience post-sale.
- Build and manage relationships with allocated clients and agency partners, providing weekly reporting and presenting post-campaign analytics.
- Partner with sales to identify growth opportunities and present upweight opportunities to drive incremental revenue.
- Support and consult on internal ad-operations strategies, acting as a conduit between clients and Ad-Ops throughout campaign delivery.
- Coordinate internal teams across the business to achieve client deliverables and KPIs.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of industry experience, preferably within programmatic advertising across multiple channels.
- Experience servicing clients via managed service and/or self-service (SaaS) buying models.
- Strong exposure to various advertising technology solutions (e.g., MOAT, IAS, DCM, Ad Servers, DSPs).
- Ability to be a client-facing lead, driving direction, communications, and outcomes across campaigns.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with an ability to problem-solve and analyze data.
