TL;DR

Technical Account Manager (Adtech): Project managing advertising campaigns from setup to completion, consulting on and troubleshooting technical issues, and providing data-driven reports to clients. What you will do

  • Act as a Client Solutions Expert for the hirify.global product suite, identifying and implementing solutions.
  • Support and service both managed and self-service clientele, managing the end-to-end client experience post-sale.
  • Build and manage relationships with allocated clients and agency partners, providing weekly reporting and presenting post-campaign analytics.
  • Partner with sales to identify growth opportunities and present upweight opportunities to drive incremental revenue.
  • Support and consult on internal ad-operations strategies, acting as a conduit between clients and Ad-Ops throughout campaign delivery.
  • Coordinate internal teams across the business to achieve client deliverables and KPIs.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of industry experience, preferably within programmatic advertising across multiple channels.
  • Experience servicing clients via managed service and/or self-service (SaaS) buying models.
  • Strong exposure to various advertising technology solutions (e.g., MOAT, IAS, DCM, Ad Servers, DSPs).
  • Ability to be a client-facing lead, driving direction, communications, and outcomes across campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with an ability to problem-solve and analyze data.
