What you will do

• Lead and manage the European Data Consultancy team, ensuring high-quality data delivery and client satisfaction.
• Oversee and be the escalation point for all team projects, directly managing critical client projects.
• Improve quality and efficiency of team operations, designing and implementing new ways of working.
• Build and manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact from discussion to delivery.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of hirify.global's platform and translate client/team needs into product improvements.
• Support and coach team members, leading by example in all areas of the role.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the market research industry, with a strong track record in project management or consultancy roles.
• Good knowledge of market research disciplines and experience delivering bespoke quantitative research and data.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team of direct reports and influence cross-functional teams.
• Excellent client management, timeline, and priority management skills.
• A services mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Business level English comprehension and strong communication skills.
