The role
We’re looking for an HR Specialist who combines recruitment support with solid HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, documents, and processes — and feels comfortable supporting a distributed, international team.
You’ll be involved in hiring, onboarding, employee administration, and day-to-day HR coordination.
What you’ll do
— Support the recruitment process: screen CVs, conduct initial HR interviews, and communicate clearly with candidates
— Manage core HR operations: onboarding, offboarding, contract administration, and employee records
— Coordinate documentation, system access, and first-day logistics for new hires
— Keep HR systems, trackers, and documentation accurate and up to date
— Support employee relocation processes when required
— Assist with additional HR administrative tasks and internal projects as needed
What we’re looking for
— Experience in recruitment, HR operations, or a similar HR-related role
— Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written)
— Strong communication and organizational skills
— High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
— Comfort working with remote teams and international candidates
— Experience with HR tools or ATS systems is a plus
