Salary: $221,000–$278,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Deliver an exceptional pre-sales customer experience for Digital Native prospects.
• Demonstrate hirify.global’s product value through demos, use case scoping, and architectural recommendations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, guides, and FAQs.
• Develop strong customer relationships during evaluation and purchasing processes.
• Serve as the first line of defense for security and compliance questions, guiding customers to relevant resources.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales or similar role, including 4+ years selling to technology customers and managing C-level relationships.
• Thorough understanding of IT security principles and customer requirements for technical B2B SaaS products.
• Foundational training in programming languages like Python or Javascript.
• Experience delivering prototypes of Generative AI/traditional ML solutions and knowledge of network/cloud architecture.
• Effective presenter and communicator who can translate business and technical topics to all audiences.
• Ability to own problems end-to-end and acquire necessary knowledge to succeed.
