What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and business development plans for a specified segment and/or region in the Middle East.
  • Manage the full sales process from hunting new clients to agreement, account activation, and ongoing management.
  • Craft and implement sales strategies leveraging local market expertise to maximize go-to-market resources and pursue relevant opportunities.
  • Ensure seamless communication and internal coordination for the rollout of new services, considering market specificities.
  • Participate in trade shows, generate leads, adhere to the sales process, and provide timely reports to the sales management team.
  • Maintain strong relationships between customers and back-office services to facilitate communication and issue resolution, while identifying industry trends.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in business development with at least 5 years of direct or indirect work experience in Money Transfer, Fintech, payments, or Mobile Financial Services.
  • A hands-on, driven B2B salesperson with relevant industry contacts in the fintech/payments sector.
  • Demonstrated results-orientation with exceptional communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, with Salesforce CRM knowledge being a plus.
  • Flexible, self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of taking full ownership of responsibilities.
  • Fluent in English.
