Product Lead (AI): Leading the development of Inworld’s products that empower developers to build consumer scale AI applications with an accent on translating complex AI capabilities into developer-friendly product experiences. Focus on aligning product vision with business goals, bridging technical innovation with real-world developer needs.

Location: Must be based in the SF Bay Area or willing to relocate to the SF Bay Area (you will be working on-site in our South Bay office a few days a week)

Salary: $230,000 - $300,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

What you will do

• Drive product vision and strategy for Inworld’s products to enable the future of consumer scale AI applications.
• Translate complex AI capabilities and technical constraints into clear, developer friendly product experiences.
• Work closely with C-level executives and industry leaders to align product vision with business goals.
• Partner with AI researchers and engineers to bridge technical innovation with real-world developer needs.
• Synthesize partner and ecosystem feedback into clear product requirements and a prioritized roadmap, leading pre- and post-launch execution.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field.
• 6+ years of product management experience and an exceptional track record of building 0→1 developer products in high growth environments.
• Excitement about building the default infrastructure for real-time AI at consumer scale.
• Comfort owning outcomes rather than just roadmaps, with strong product judgment in ambiguous problem spaces.
• Founder level mindset with the ability to spot gaps, propose solutions, and move work forward without waiting for direction.
• A very strong technical foundation with a deep understanding of developer needs and/or hands-on experience in software development.
