ServiceNow Platform Support Specialist (ServiceNow): Managing and resolving L2 incidents and performing technical development for run-the-business enhancements and keep-the-lights-on items with an accent on platform support, troubleshooting, and system administration. Focus on monitoring incident queues, collaborating with L3 teams, and improving platform health and security.

Location: Must work from the Santa Clara, CA office

Salary: $134,000 - $202,000 USD

What you will do

  • Provide second-tier support for ServiceNow, actively monitoring incident queues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve L2 issues related to ServiceNow modules (CMDB, CSM, ITSM, HRSD, LSD) and integrations.
  • Configure and administer the ServiceNow platform to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and new initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver run-the-business enhancements and perform activities to improve platform health and security.
  • Collaborate with other technical ServiceNow resources, support change management, and identify process improvements.
  • Participate in L2 on-call rotation and contribute to scrum agile development cycles.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience with ServiceNow administration.
  • CSA Certification required.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Experience monitoring and resolving incidents and providing real-time user support.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Basic ability to read JavaScript required.
