Salary: $180,000–$247,500 USD

What you will do

• Lead post-technical win account strategy and execution for strategic hirify.global accounts.
• Serve as the accountable technical leader for specific use cases and customers, ensuring successful onboarding and consumption.
• Act as the primary technical contact for production-related issues and questions within agreed use cases.
• Create and execute plans to accelerate key use cases into production, coordinating with Professional Services.
• Navigate hirify.global Product and Engineering teams for new product innovations and upgrades.
• Provide internal and external KPI reporting on customer health, investment status, and product adoption.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical project or program delivery within Data and AI domains.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles like pre-sales, technical architecture, or customer success.
• Strong understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems.
• Experience resolving complex escalations with senior customer executives.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
