What you will do

• Lead remote and onsite training sessions for estate and letting agency clients, tailored to their needs.
• Create or adapt training materials to ensure sessions are engaging and relevant.
• Demonstrate software best practices to improve lead conversion, property management, compliance, and client service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to stay aligned on client feedback, feature releases, and onboarding needs.
• Follow up post-training and gather feedback to continuously enhance delivery.

Requirements

• A solid background in estate agency—ideally in sales, lettings, or property management.
• Proven experience delivering training to individuals and groups, both in-person and remotely.
• Strong understanding of the estate agency and/or lettings/property management industry.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using LMS platforms, webinar tools, content management systems, and CRMs.
