Location: Hybrid model based in Alkmaar, Netherlands (2 days in office, 3 days remote)

What you will do

• Deliver engaging virtual technical training sessions on hirify.global Compliance products.
• Emphasize business value and technical features, including installation and troubleshooting.
• Prepare, configure, and manage training environments and labs.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of hirify.global Compliance solutions and new products.
• Develop high-quality training materials in multiple formats.
• Collaborate with SMEs, consultants, and project managers.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years’ experience as a Product Trainer or Corporate Trainer in a technology company.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
• Experience with on-premise and cloud-based environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server OS, Unix/Linux systems, or SQL/Oracle database basics.
• Ability to self-learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with eLearning tools.
• Prior background in support, software, or field engineering.
