What you will do
- Serve as end-to-end owner of a new business line, ensuring its success in revenue growth and gross margin.
- Develop and iterate on business strategy, analyze market opportunities, and achieve product-market fit.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Sales to build and execute launch plans.
- Engage directly with clients as a trusted business partner to address their challenges.
- Establish analytics and feedback loops for continuous strategy refinement and improvement.
- Scale infrastructure, people, processes, and systems to achieve business and sales KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
- 10+ years of demonstrated experience driving and managing a business, with 3+ years of P&L ownership.
- Demonstrated experience serving as a product leader with ownership of product strategy and roadmap.
- Proven entrepreneurial experience in building and launching a new business or product offering from scratch.
- Strong commercial acumen and command over P&L and financial metrics.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required.

- First month: Understand go-to-market model, conduct market research, and build initial GTM strategy.
- First three months: Partner with Marketing/Talent Operations for launch strategy and begin GTM execution.
- First six months: Execute GTM and show material growth in revenue and pipeline.
