Location: Redmond, United States. Starting January 26, 2026, employees within a 50-mile commute of a designated Microsoft office in the U.S. are expected to work from the office at least four days per week.

Salary: USD $139,900 – $274,800 per year (typical U.S.); USD $188,000 – $304,200 per year (San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area).

What you will do

• Architect, develop, and carry out the rhythm of business (ROB), while also driving business strategy initiatives.
• Partner closely with MAI Leadership to drive strategic planning, execution, and alignment across groups.
• Provide leadership support by ensuring business activities are aligned with their goals, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Manage executive-level communications, drive change management, and improve employee engagement.
• Support organizational health efforts, including culture, inclusion, and team effectiveness.
• Coordinate with finance, Human Resources, and other support functions for operational efficiency, including headcount and budget management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development (or equivalent experience).
• 1+ years people management experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• Must be based in the U.S. and commute to a designated Microsoft office at least four days per week starting January 26, 2026, if within a 50-mile radius.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field AND 10+ years’ experience in technical program management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, or business-related roles.
• 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• 5+ years of engineering or technical program management in large scale service infrastructure, preferably in search, advertising, AI.
• 5+ years of prior Chief of Staff experience supporting executive leadership.
• 4+ years people management experience.
• 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code.
