• Lead end-to-end programs to acquire and deliver high-impact data and training environments.
• Drive the end-to-end creation of mission-critical training datasets for major model training runs.
• Own the data platform roadmap and lead the development of new features that unlock research velocity.

Requirements

• You’ve led large and ambitious technical programs that had a major impact.
• Are fluent in infrastructure, data, or AI/ML, and love working shoulder-to-shoulder with researchers and engineers.
• You have excellent communication skills and can drive decision-making in the face of ambiguity.
