What you will do

• Create and own the technical roadmap with the tech lead.
• Convert ambiguous research goals into executable technical specifications.
• Own the cross-stack critical path, ensuring data, infrastructure, training, and evaluation readiness.
• Align partners technically and maintain executive-level clarity on partnership health and risks.
• Partner with research and engineering leads to define technical requirements and integration plans.
• Operationalize training runs, including runbooks, dashboards, and failure elimination via automation.

Requirements

• Strong emphasis on technical ability and program leadership.
• Experience with complex, highly technical research initiatives.
• Ability to drive execution across Research, Infrastructure, Data/Compliance, and Engineering.
• Experience aligning partners and driving decision-making without formal authority.
• Must be able to work onsite in San Francisco, United States.
