TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (Adtech): Building and maintaining relationships with strategic agency accounts and navigating agencies across programmatic, digital, and linear TV teams with an accent on pitching hirify.global's supply, products, and solutions, and structuring private market deals. Focus on generating and maintaining a robust pipeline of agency-based advertiser opportunities and demonstrating thought leadership to solve client business problems.

Location: Hybrid schedule in New York City (Monday and Friday remote, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday on-site). This role focuses on digital advertising agency buyers on the East Coast.

Salary: $105,000 - $120,000 (base salary) in New York, plus annual variable bonus and company equity.

What you will do

  • Build and manage relationships with digital advertising agency buyers on the East Coast.
  • Track sales pipeline, meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Evangelize programmatic buying techniques and create customized media plans.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals, including driving the RFP process.
  • Develop a deep understanding of hirify.global’s products and solutions to prospect and close new business.
  • Work with support teams to monitor partner business results and make recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 6+ years of adtech sales / consulting / Agency / publisher experience with large digital advertising agencies on the East Coast.
  • Highly motivated sales professional with a proven history of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience in online advertising, ideally within Online Video and OTT, with proven strength in programmatic sales or buying.
  • Proficiency using Excel, Google Workspace, Salesforce, and data analysis platforms for evaluation and reporting.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, active listening, and communication skills (verbal and written).
