What you will do

• Manage and lead internal customer programs or projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Assign tasks, manage resources, and coordinate activities for the project team.
• Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
• Identify and mitigate risks, as well as capitalize on opportunities to enhance project outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and knowledge sharing, and present project status reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience in managing projects in the telecommunications or technology industry.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and client locations as required.
