• Define and lead strategic research initiatives in scalable data platforms, immersive media, and intelligent visualization.
• Architect next-generation distributed systems for training and deploying AI models at scale.
• Advance the frontier of AI/ML, natural language processing, data mining, and cognitive systems.
• Build and mentor world-class research teams, fostering a culture of curiosity and breakthrough thinking.
• Collaborate with global leadership to shape ATG’s research agenda and influence technology strategy.
• Represent ATG externally through publications, keynote talks, and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field required.
• 12+ years of research experience in Distributed Systems, Edge Computing, and AI Infrastructure.
• Proven track record of leading high-impact research initiatives and publishing in top-tier venues.
• Deep expertise in distributed databases, scalable AI/ML model deployment, natural language processing, computer vision, multimedia systems, network optimization, data mining, knowledge discovery, or visualization.
