Senior AI Solutions Engineer (GTM)

Location: Fully remote, with candidates required to be based in the EMEA or AMER regions, including Brazil, Canada, or Mexico

What you will do

• Transform Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations into AI-enabled functions.
• Partner with GTM leadership to identify, prioritize, and shape high-impact AI transformation opportunities.
• Lead complex initiatives from ambiguous problem definition through design, development, deployment, adoption, and improvement.
• Design, build, test, and improve AI agents, agentic workflows, automations, and integrations using LLMs, APIs, tools, orchestration platforms, and enterprise data.
• Measure adoption, quality, reliability, and business impact after launch, continuously improving solutions based on real usage.
• Mentor colleagues, share reusable patterns, and help GTM teams build confidence and self-sufficiency with AI.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on AI and automation experience, plus broader experience delivering complex GTM Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Revenue Operations, systems integration, or related solutions.
• Experience redesigning workflows or operating models and independently leading complex cross-functional initiatives to measurable business impact.
• Strong automation skills with n8n, Zapier, Make, or comparable orchestration technologies.
• Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and improving production AI agents and agentic workflows using LLMs, APIs, tools, and enterprise data.
• Understanding of B2B GTM operations across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.
• Experience integrating business systems through APIs, webhooks, and authentication mechanisms, with the ability to influence technical and nontechnical stakeholders and mentor others.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, or similar GTM platforms.
• Experience with JavaScript, Python, or SQL.
• Familiarity with RAG, MCP, AI evaluation, observability, governance, or security controls.
