TL;DR

SMB Sales Representative (Cybersecurity): Promoting and selling hirify.global’s cybersecurity products and services to small and mid-sized businesses with an accent on identifying and closing net new customers and building a sales pipeline. Focus on delivering online demos, articulating the value proposition, and achieving monthly sales quotas.

Location: Hybrid, must be located in the greater Tampa Bay area (Clearwater, FL).

hirify.global is a leading cybersecurity company specializing in an AI-driven Human Risk Management platform for over 70,000 organizations worldwide.

What you will do

  • Promote and sell hirify.global’s cybersecurity products and services, identifying and closing new customers in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers through cold calling, networking, and high-level prospecting.
  • Run online demos of the Security Awareness Training Platform and articulate its value proposition.
  • Forecast new business prospects that result in successful client relationships and achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records for customer calls, emails, notes, tasks, and demos in Salesforce and Gmail.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the greater Tampa Bay area (Clearwater, FL).
  • Proven track record in sales, ideally with 1-3 years selling software to Small Medium Enterprises.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT Security Field.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Gmail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Motivated, energetic self-starter with strong collaborative and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Network or Security Plus certification.
