What you will do

• Serve as the lead Business Analyst for the DCM Automation project, documenting processes and defining clear business and functional requirements.
• Perform data analysis to support DCM automation initiatives, reviewing source data, analyzing trends, and supporting data-driven discussions.
• Work closely with back-end and front-end development teams to clarify functional requirements and support dependency management.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for DCM Automation changes, defining test scenarios and tracking defects.
• Provide day-to-day functional support for existing DCM automation applications, acting as a point of contact for business questions and issue investigation.
• Support LevFin Loan Deal Process Automation initiatives, including requirements definition, process documentation, and testing.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Business Analyst or delivery-focused role within Capital Markets or Wholesale Banking.
• Strong hands-on experience with DCM processes and supporting technology solutions.
• Experience performing data analysis to support requirements, testing, and issue resolution.
• Experience working closely with back-end and front-end development teams.
• Demonstrated ability to support both project delivery and day-to-day application operations.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting automation initiatives within Capital Markets.
• Familiarity with LevFin or related loan deal processes.
• Experience working in regulated financial environments.
