What you will do

• Analyzing, documenting, and validating business requirements using standard templates or tools.
• Developing functional specifications and user stories based on business requirements.
• Identifying gaps in existing systems & processes and providing recommendations for platform/process improvement.
• Liaising with stakeholders to resolve issues or conflicts.
• Coordinating with technical teams to ensure that requirements are implemented correctly and meet stakeholder expectations.
• Documenting business processes, workflows & user stories.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst with a proven track record of delivering successful IT projects in the insurance or related industry, for 3+ years.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of business analysis tools and methodologies.
• English level – Upper-Intermediate and above.

Nice to have

• Experience in Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.
• Jira Experience is preferable.
