What you will do

  • Develop and implement quantifiable strategies for profitable product line growth.
  • Manage the product portfolio, adjusting offerings based on market requirements and competitive landscape.
  • Lead the new product development process, assessing market value and financial viability.
  • Create training materials for customers and sales teams on product value propositions.
  • Collaborate with sales and solutions engineering to define commercial strategies and opportunities.
  • Work with quality personnel to ensure product consistency and promote continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, or a related field; Master's preferred.
  • Minimum three years of B2B product/portfolio management experience.
  • Proven experience overseeing and driving product development and new product launches.
  • Knowledge of pricing, capital budgeting, inventory turns, and SIOP.
  • Experience in sales budgeting, sales plan development, and building value stories.
