What you will do

  • Work on the next generation hardware devices for customers.
  • Understand deeply the functional, social, and emotional needs of users to lead product design and development.
  • Discover customer pain points and unmet needs to drive high-quality feature requests.
  • Develop Product Requirements Documents and communicate feature requests to the engineering team.
  • Manage vendors and overseas suppliers, comfortable with evening calls.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and strategize resources to build the best products.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years as a Product Manager in a fast-paced hardware development environment, having launched at least 2 hardware products.
  • Strong understanding of hardware product development processes, from market research to post-production quality support.
  • Experience building strategic partnerships with hardware vendors and suppliers.
  • Proven experience in bridging the technical and business sides of hardware projects.
  • Strong communication, time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in user experience design and research.

Nice to have

  • Experience in data mining and/or querying skills.
