What you will do

• Define and own the roadmap for core platform services and firmware capabilities, establishing clear outcomes and KPIs.
• Partner with Firmware, Backend, App, Monitoring, Hardware, and Customer Experience teams for cross-stack alignment and cohesive platform outcomes.
• Leverage telemetry, diagnostics, and customer insights to identify systemic issues and prioritize platform improvements.
• Ensure instrumentation across the platform enables rapid diagnosis, safe recovery, and continuous improvement.
• Champion customer trust by improving predictability and resilience across the end-to-end experience.
• Balance technical constraints, operational realities, and customer impact in decision-making.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of product management experience in platform services, backend infrastructure, firmware-dependent systems, or connected hardware ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with firmware, embedded systems, and backend engineering teams.
• Proven track record of delivering material improvements in reliability, performance, or customer experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and telemetry for prioritization and measurement.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into customer and business impact.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity, making tradeoffs, and coordinating across teams with shared dependencies.
