What you will do

• Develop and manage marketing relationships with the Europe partner ecosystem, including resellers, distribution, GSI’s, MSSP’s and tech alliances.
• Drive joint Go-To-Market (GTM) plans for awareness, joint messaging, demand generation, and enablement activities.
• Own pipeline and campaign performance reporting on business areas.
• Build a scalable partner demand generation engine including co-branded campaigns, tools, and assets.
• Lead and inspire a team of experienced partner marketers by setting direction and priorities, including resource management, hiring, mentorship, and performance management.
• Manage a corresponding budget, regular communications, and represent marketing in quarterly business reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in partner marketing programs within the IT industry.
• Proven experience managing a team of partner marketers.
• Marketing experience with a SaaS / Security software company is beneficial.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Candidates must reside in the United Kingdom or Spain.
