TL;DR

Senior Partner Marketing Manager (Cybersecurity): Leading and scaling growth across Southern Europe, Middle East, and Africa by building and executing integrated marketing plans with regional partners, driving pipeline and revenue. Focus on strategic MDF allocation, data-driven ROI analysis, and deploying tailored global/EMEA campaigns.

Location: Hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal. Ability to travel up to 20% (domestic and international) for partner meetings and events.

What you will do

  • Collaborate closely with regional Directors of Partner Sales and Partner Account Managers to align marketing activities with regional targets and business priorities.
  • Manage the Market Development Funds (MDF) for the region, ensuring strategic allocation, timely execution, and clear ROI reporting for all partner activities.
  • Execute regional marketing programs such as joint webinars, virtual and in-person events, and digital campaigns to drive demand generation and solution adoption through partners.
  • Deploy Global and EMEA campaigns in the region, tailoring to specific cultural and business nuances.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner programs, providing regular insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Represent hirify.global at regional partner events and industry conferences, serving as a brand ambassador and solution expert.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B partner marketing or channel marketing within the SaaS, Cloud, or Cybersecurity industry.
  • Professional fluency in French.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-country marketing programs, specifically across Southern Europe, Middle East and Africa.
  • Strong experience managing MDF and budgets, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and ROI analysis.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external partner executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously across different time zones.

Nice to have

  • Existing relationships with key regional partners and distributors.
  • Professional fluency in Spanish.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Tableau and marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo) to track partner attribution.
  • An interest in the technical foundations of the internet, online security and performance.
