TL;DR

Business Development Manager (SaaS): Accelerating hirify.global’s SaaS growth within the beauty and wellness industry by driving new leads and sales, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. Focus on identifying multi-center opportunities, developing effective market sales strategies, and understanding dynamic market trends.

Location: This position is eligible for a remote schedule with the ideal location within driving distance of a major airport. Must live in a major metro area of Texas (Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, or Austin) or Phoenix, Arizona. May be open to qualified candidates that live in AR or LA. 30% travel is anticipated.

Salary: $80,000–$95,000 USD

What you will do

  • Identify and grow new business opportunities and lead generation geographically.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective market sales strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand market dynamics and competitive landscape.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of business development initiatives and report to senior management.
  • Uphold hirify.global brand standards and deeply understand its products, services, partners, and value.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding and at least 7 years of experience selling to and working with luxury salons and spas.
  • Ability to travel 30% to facilitate industry events, customer meetings, and market ride-alongs.
  • Must be able to work remotely from a major metro area in Texas (Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, or Austin) or Phoenix, Arizona, or potentially Arkansas (AR) or Louisiana (LA).
  • Strong relationship-building and lead generation skills.
  • Experience in sales strategy development and market analysis.
