Location: This position is eligible for a remote schedule with the ideal location within driving distance of a major airport. Must live in a major metro area of Texas (Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, or Austin) or Phoenix, Arizona. May be open to qualified candidates that live in AR or LA. 30% travel is anticipated.

What you will do
- Identify and grow new business opportunities and lead generation geographically.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective market sales strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand market dynamics and competitive landscape.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of business development initiatives and report to senior management.
- Uphold hirify.global brand standards and deeply understand its products, services, partners, and value.
Requirements
- Deep understanding and at least 7 years of experience selling to and working with luxury salons and spas.
- Ability to travel 30% to facilitate industry events, customer meetings, and market ride-alongs.
- Must be able to work remotely from a major metro area in Texas (Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, or Austin) or Phoenix, Arizona, or potentially Arkansas (AR) or Louisiana (LA).
- Strong relationship-building and lead generation skills.
- Experience in sales strategy development and market analysis.
