What you will do

  • Design, advise on, and implement go-to-market strategies and sales incentives across regional teams.
  • Analyze sales funnels and individual seller performance, building and maintaining dashboards with key insights.
  • Present performance data and recommendations to senior stakeholders to support decision-making.
  • Lead strategic, project-based initiatives supporting commercial performance, such as fraud prevention.
  • Act as a point of escalation for Independent Sales Consultants queries, particularly regarding commission payments.
  • Design, write, and optimize SQL queries to analyze revenue and sales data, and build automated workflows and data pipelines.

Requirements

  • Solid foundation of experience within a commercial environment, ideally with exposure to analytics, revenue operations, or sales operations.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and models to automate analysis and enhance decision-making.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced tech scale-up or similar dynamic environment, with autonomy and ownership.
  • Strong data analysis skills, financial acumen, and a passion for improving and automating workflows.
  • A strategic thinker combining analytical rigor with a practical, execution-focused mindset.
  • Must be based in the UK due to hybrid work in London.

Nice to have

  • Experience using HubSpot, particularly in building and managing dashboards.
