• Publish and promote job postings on various job boards, platforms, social networks, and professional groups.
• Develop and implement candidate search strategies, covering roles from junior to top-management levels.
• Support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Work with ATS (BreezyHR), analytical dashboards, and automation tools.
• Track the latest trends in sourcing, search for and implement growth hacking solutions to reduce time to fill and cost per hire.
• Improve candidate experience and expand the network.

Требования

• 2+ years of sourcing experience.
• Knowledge of technological trends in IT and non-standard talent search channels.
• Strong skills in creating personalized letters for candidates.
• Ability to effectively communicate with candidates and build a network.
• Ability to prioritize, work in multitasking mode, and maintain flexibility.
• Critical and systemic thinking.
• Ability to visit the office in a smart-hybrid format in Kyiv.
